I wanted to lose some weight steadily so purchased 2x 2.5kg in chocolate and strawberry. They taste very sweet which put me off a bit but… I’ve been having two shakes daily for the past 8 weeks and I’ve lost 13lbs which I’m super chuffed about… I’ve also been walking 20 miles per week as my form of exercise so I would definitely recommend. Just ordered the banana flavour but they only do it in 500g packs which is a pain!

It tastes delicious. Experience would have been great if it was not for the delivery, my box was delivered ripped open.

Probably the worst nutrition product I have ever tried the taste is awful I cannot put myself through chugging it because it is so thick but it isn't even a good thickness if that even makes sense. The taste is so artificial and not even chocolatey I don't understand how this passed product testing. Goes Well With: LITERALLY NOTHING IT IS HORRIBLEEEEEEEEEEE

Im not a big "breakfast" person so these go down a treat in the morning and keep me full until dinner time! Been using them for years and have got to say banana is my all-time favourite, it's thick, sweet and tastes delicious 😋 second favourite would be salted caramel.. its not as strong in flavour as banana and tastes more milky but still lovely! Goes Well With: Water

Strawberry, banana and vanilla in the meal replacement are amazing, unfortunately the chocolate tastes and smells awful. Anyway, these 3 flavours have literally changed my life. I got them for convenience and ended up on a much needed weight loss journey. It's early days and I don't have scales but would say I've lost about 5kgs in 3 weeks. My Grandaughter is autistic and has an extremely poor diet so after contacting MP they advised they were safe for children so she has started on the strawberry which she loves. Never expected such fantastic results for such an easy compromise as they have put a stop to my unhealthy sweet binging. Goes Well With: Loads of a ice, some water, little milk and 2 pumps of the mp zero calorie flavouring. All blended together in a nutri.
