These are great a bit sour but great flavour and really gives you a kick whilst working out 

Use these just before I go on a run and they really do make a difference. Less fatigue feeling in my legs. Would definitely recommend

Gives you the ability to lift heavier weights for a longer time with out fatiguing out, best pre workout ive used. Bit pricey but worth it
