Was a bit let down by these. Flavour wise they were great, but I felt like I would've had the same quality workout had I been eating fruit pastilles

Love these great for when I am not at the gym and I am working out at home or before I go for a run with the dog 

These taste like fruit pastels so no complaints here. I used to take the energy shots before workouts but I was never a fan of the tingling on the drive to gym, these are just as effective but no burning/tingling sensation  Goes Well With: Just by themselves
