Decent and does the job Goes Well With: Have to eat before

Been doing gym Pre-Workouts foryear now but with the new Gel pack turns out to be more affective than powder in acting quickly and cleanly. i have found thta if you have less body fat the effect better.

Very good product, taste is good and i get a good burst of energy from them. Both flavours are lovely but the tropical one is definitely the best, for the amount you’re paying too 12 sachets is pretty good, definitely recommend buying them

I love the MP pre-workout powder so thought I would give the gels a try as they would be handy to keep in my gym bag. Non of these things taste amazing but these taste like petrol. I managed to chug it down but the after taste was awful and made me feel nauseous. I’ll be sticking with the powder from now on!
