Maltodextrin works well as a complex carb source but a glucose form so is fast releasing making it great for post workout use, i like to use this to add to DIY gainer shakes with a mix of impact whey and casein as well as soy protein on occasion if i want to take a break from using dairy. I use this when i do not want to alter the taste of shakes or protein based meals, e.g. otherwise i normally use dextrose which has a much sweeter taste to it which is good if you desire sweet tasting things but if you would rather a tasteless fine carb powder then this is a good choice for you. Great Maltodextrin at a good price. I use this Maltodextrin with Impact Whey Protein to close a carbohydrate window after the training. And it turns out good and cheaper replacement for weight gainer. As Maltodextrin sickly sweet taste, mixing it with any flavor taste Impact Whey Protein turns normal taste. I used this carb for making my own post-workout and sometimes use a little pre-workout for a small energy boost. This product mixes well and defiantly gives my that energy boost post workout that I need, even after LEG day. It is best carb for lean mass gaining maltadextrin is for any one who want to put extra calories in their diet I take 50 gram maltadextrin with 2 scoop of impact whey after exercise and one 30 gram maltadextrin before exercise with my bcaa and creatine and I can see difference in my muscles best for lean gaining.Goes Well With:Imapct whey,bcaa and creatine with water

Great way to get my carbs in on my bulk without feeling bloated all the time. I use this post workout to replace muscle glycogen and in mass gainers, good to use in my juice at breakfast also. Such a good product. I use it before or after the gym, before to give me some energy and after to get some carbs in. I also use it to top up my macros as it's very easy to digest and weigh out. If you're worried about taste with just water, I can't taste anything and even if you can, just mix it with literally anything.. milk, whey, juice. I found myself very satisfied with the product, it is effective and it tastes of nothing, which is what I usually look for in unflavoured powders. Does what is says, anyone doing HIT knows just how much it takes , absolute fail on every set, nutrition and rest is the key. There is no doubt in my mind taken 60 to 90 minutes after cooling down helps my recovery, energy levels and ability to recover and be fresh for the next session and that's important if you really need to focus and have that metal attitude of yes I can do this, one more rep, which you really can't if you are fatigued both physically and mentally.. Great as an intra workout - 15g in my shaker helps to fuel my workout. Very cheap too. Can also be used a post-workout carbohydrate. I use in my intra shake along with BCAA and creatine. You can buy flavourless as it generally sweet tasting anyway.Goes Well With:Creatine & BCAA.
