I have tried L-Carnitine before with other brands - these MP L-C' have been the kindest to my stomach and not long into taking them they seem to be effective with getting leaner *alongside regular training and quality food intake. While I'm here I will also say that MP clear whey is the best out there - orange mango being the favourite!! Goes Well With: Other morning supplements - pre work out in ice water

Always have it with water, as the smell and texture is very fishy but a great product none the less. Definitely notice the differences in my breathing when i run out, especially as someone who uses a inhaler frequently during exhaustive workouts.
