Taste amazing also with water or cereal  Goes Well With: Water cereal and milk 

I love this protein and haven’t been buying it for nearly a year. The chocolate mint is by far my favourite, enjoyable to drink, followed by the strawberry shortcake. I’ve recently started buying the sample sachets as they are easy to store inside your shaker and take to the gym ready to mix up. They need a good shake or they can be lumpy, but I’ll take it as an additional arm workout, so little wins.  Goes Well With: Creatine 

Taste is so subjective and reading reviews on here and for competitors powders has brought this home more than ever. Flavours that others describe as amazing and the best ever have tasted downright horrible to me. As someone who is very into food and flavour I'm probably not going to like a lot of the very artificial flavours you find with protein powders and that is the case here. This barely evokes either chocolate or mint. If given a taste blind I probably would have been able to discern that that was the aim but this does not taste authentic or good to me. It tastes entirely artificial and despite what I said above I can enjoy some chocolate mint flavours when it comes to confectionary. This is not akin to those and not a flavour I will be buying.

I think it's fantastic samples are an excellent way for the consumer to try other flavours before committing to larger purchases so far I've not been disappointed in the one I've tried great price too.

I’ve never really committed to taking protein when starting the gym due to the taste and chalkiness and often fail targets due to lack of muscle recovery and fatigue. Mint choc protein was quick to mix (I did use a blender), tasted good and does the job, I’ve bought the mint choc and chocolate and so far kept to my targets 💪 taking the shake either 30 mins before if I’m feeling a bit flat or usually after to help my recovery.
