Quality product,very cheap and very nice amount of product ,that has the ingredients just right for my rehabilitation in addition to my supplementation for my injuries. The serving size is high in Glucosamine HCL and chondroitin ingredients which are the key ingredients for help in repairing,recovery and aiding damage from injury. This supplement can increase your chances of recovery. Although you have to take quite big amounts for lengthy periods,it is worth the help. Great product,value for money and significant amount too. Goes Well With: For joint health,collagen production i recommended high strength Vitamin C,where myprotein do a powdered form. I also recommend in addition to the Glucosamine,Vitamin C you can add the Omega 3,6,9 also from myprotein. These 3 key supplements work hand in hand to protect,rebuild and help with repair of damage or injury. Great combination.

Is a product that we take on trust as we hope they have an effect on the issue or the need that we are trying to help or alleviate. I was at the point of thinking a 30 year running habit may be coming to an end due to ongoing knee issues. I've been taking these for the last month or so and I dare to say that the running is continuing. That's no to to say there are now no issues, as there are, but I feel there has been some relief. I'm taking these in conjunction with other remedial actions and as I said, I am getting through. So hopefully this is no placebo effect, or just solely the other part of the remediation, but so far so good.
