These really do work. I took two in the morning and two at lunchtime and honestly I’m not sure if it was the tables alone or a combination of a healthier mindset but I’ve just not been hungry. Definitely will purchase again.

I really like it. It helped me to loose weight, I also don’t feel that much hungry 

I have only been taking these for 2 days, but already I have noticed the effect. My problems are portion control and snacking. Taking these as instructed with plenty of water, I have noticed that I can only manage about half the amount I put on my plate and I'm not snacking at all. Obviously this will help contribute to weight loss however, I cannot say for sure how much or how quickly, but I will definitely continue to use these!

Seems to be working well. I feel fuller and have lost weight (taking these alongside protein shakes and working out).
