It's working!
I've only been using these for 2 weeks, along with healthy eating and going to the gym. I've found they act more like a laxative rather than suppressing your appetite before meals. As I'm doing all 3 together they are working together nicely. I've lost 5lb so far. Goes Well With:A pint of water
Gastric band in a tablet
These tablets are perfect. Take 2 tablets 30 mins before a meal and make sure you drink plenty of water to help the tablet to work its magic. My portion sizes have reduced and I no longer snack between meals. Highly recommend these tablets. Goes Well With:water
Very Effective
This may be all in my mind, it may also be a placebo. However, I find these help me through my day. I take two tablets before a big meal and I find that I'm not nearly as hungry and eat less as a result. This will be my second week, and it feels a lot easier knowing I have these to help me aid my hunger away.

Brilliant
These tablets are fantastic. They stop those hunger pains which make you want to eat more. I have stopped over endulging and so far I have lost 8 pound in 3 weeks. Goes Well With:Goes well with a diet.

Excellent does exactly what it claims! No nausea no bad stomachs nothing. I take 2 tablets 3 times a day half an hour before meals with 2 glasses of water. There is no taste to the capsules at all - easy peaty. Highly recommended this product.
Nothing different
Been taking these like clockwork for a couple of weeks. I'm probably the 1% that these don't work on. Feels like more money down the drain. No difference at all to anything. Sorry. Will keep looking for the right supplement.Goes Well With:N/A
Fuller for longer
Decided to try these along with my twice daily meal replacement shakes as I was finding that I was still hungry after having a shake. Can't believe the difference, I now find that I'm full for hours after taking them. I would definitely recommend these for people who are constantly hungry like myself but make sure you take them with plenty of water. Goes Well With:Meal replacements
Not for me!
I took these as recommended for two weeks. In that two weeks I constantly felt nauseous. I stopped taking these and surprise surprise the nausea stopped. Thought I'd give them a bash again in case I was just under the weather... Turns out that's not the case :( I have to say though, a friend of mine has been taking them also, and she's had no problems! Goes Well With:Not me!

Been using these for a few weeks and they really do help reduce your meal intake but also keep you feeling a lot fuller for a lot longer
