Decided to try these along with my twice daily meal replacement shakes as I was finding that I was still hungry after having a shake. Can't believe the difference, I now find that I'm full for hours after taking them. These tablets definitely do what is says on the bottle :) they are easy to take, work very quickly and have made my diet so much easier. I never feel hungry after a meal anymore and I feel full for hours. Nice that they are a natural substance too, no nasty chemicals !! :D
