Recovery shake
This absolutely disgusting !!!! Before they changed the packaging if tasted lovely , would and have high recommended. But now it has the worst chocolate flavour ever. Would not recommend this product unfortunately. I have 2.5kg and certainly don’t want to drink any more of it, such a waste of money Goes Well With:Nothing

Recovery XS tasted good...
I've been using Recovery XS for a few months now, and whilst there was a slight taste of the Creapure it was drinkable. I ordered another bag last week and I received the rebranded Extreme Recovery Blend. The first thing I noticed was the smell, it is like an overpowering smell of Creapure; but I think it is actually the flavouring, as the first taste is almost unbearable. I'm now having to chug down a 500ml recovery shake after workout, just to try and hide the taste. Don't think I will order the chocolate again.Goes Well With:Water
Recovery XS
The recovery XS was recommended to me and I'm so glad it was cause it is great! The taste is alittle sweet, But not too much that it tastes bad and is still great. It's great after a hard workout and makes your muscles feel recovered fairly quickly and effectively. I would defiantly recommend. Goes Well With:I personally mix the powered with water and it tastes really good.
Does the job if you can overcome the taste
Used to love the old recovery powder in strawberry but the new recovery xs in strawberry cream flavour is truly revolting - so overly sweet and nearly undrinkable. They have also increased the amount you are advised to use which meant you could taste the powdery texture so went back to using 60g with around 500ml water which is better. Do not recommend
Not Impressed
I usually order a different recovery product from my protein but it was out of stock so thought I'd try this. It smelt goid and mixed well. Unfortunately the aftertaste is horrid really bitte and I couldn't drink it. I won't be buying again.
Why the change?
Works well, noticed reduced muscle soreness and quicker recovery the day or two after training. Got to say I’m not impressed with the ‘new and improved reformulation’. I ordered it without realising it had changed to discover the serving size has gone up 50% with no discernible change in the macros and the taste is significantly worse. Shame as it is a great product, just feel it didn’t need tampering with and the changes aren’t an improvement in my opinion. 90g per serving is mad, time for a change.

Read some reviews and don’t understand why some say it’ doesn’t mix well?..mixes fine..tastes better than most other powders..slightly chalky but with the creatine added I would expect that..too early too report on results but if judging by the ingredients this appears too be a pretty potent product👍..I use my proteins whey isolate and bedtime extreme and they are both excellent..don’t see this being any different.

1st time using this range, I do a lot of boxing training as well as weight training so needed a carb/protein mix shake post workout , although reviews said it didn't taste/mix well I found it mixed and tasted excellent with or without a blender On non intense training days I mixed 1 scoop of this with 1 scoop of normal MYPROTEIN DIET WHEY (vanilla) coconut milk and frozen cherries , tasted amazing .... definitely recommend this productGoes Well With:Coconut milk, frozen cherries,

Chocolate smooth is good. Not the most amazing taste out of the protein I've used but definitely able to get down. I usually blend in a banana anyway to my shakes which helps the flavour so not a problem.Goes Well With:Milk
