Too much sugar

Blueberries have 15.5g of carbs per 100g, 0.3g of fat and 0.7g of protein. Because they are dried these blueberries have 1.7g of protein, a 243%, so to work out what the actual carbs are from blueberries, multiply by 2.43. The carbs should be only 38g and 0.72g of fat, the carbs in this product are 80g and 2.5g of fat so most of the calories come from the added sugar and fat. I was happy with the product until I worked out the above, couldn't you just dry the blueberries and not add sugar and fat and let people add their own sugar

Excellent Product

Another great product from MY PROTEIN !!! A small handful in the morning porridge or protein pancake mix and bland becomes a thing of the past. Yeah a bit more sugar than fresh Blueberries but everything in moderation and it's all much of a muchness. Value for money on a 50g serving, taste added to the fact that they don't go off, make these a no brainer !!!

Dried blueberries, first of all the delivery was in great time! Very good taste and stays fresh for a much longer time than normal blueberries! Great to mix with porridge, or great to have on its own.

Does The Job

I hate that you buy fresh blueberries from the supermarket and before you even get them home they've started to go mouldy. Even in the fridge fresh ones seem to only last about a day, so these Dried Blueberries are brilliant. They last ages and still taste as good as the fresh ones.
Goes Well With:
Have them with oats and protein powder porridge.
