Gummies taste fine and are easy to chew, don't get too stuck in the teeth. Seeing great results feel like my skin clears up a lot quicker when problems do arise, feel like that time of the month is not as brutal either on my skin. All in all in general hair and skin seem to be a lot happier!

Easy to use ! My skin has become less puffy since using these (2 months in) and my hair doesn’t get greasy anymore. Taste isn’t great but super easy to eat and crack on with the day. Goes Well With: Multi vitamin gummy and omega 3 capsule 

These are expensive for what your getting. They smell hideous and taste just as bad. Then you burp up the awful taste just to top it off. I wouldnt recommend.
