Was sceptical about these before trying but have noticed my hair has been thinning for a couple of years now so had nothing to lose as didn't want to start having extensions put in. Honestly cannot rate these enough for a more natural supplement. My hair is SO much thicker after taking 2 tablets daily for around 2 months now.
