These are great if like me you don’t use a lot of protein powder. These are perfect for me for when I do a class at the gym. Love the variety of flavours too.

I cannot stand milky drinks/milk shakes/ yoghurt things so I've always felt stuck with which protein shakes I would like. After completing Tough Mudder last month, I headed over to the MyProtein tent and I am so glad I did! I chatted to the girls who were giving away free samples and a could not believe it looked and tasted like a soft drink! Hallelujah! They kindly gave me a shaker and a sample to take home with me and I have never looked back! I've tried every flavour in the taster box and there is not one single one I don't like! I cannot believe how quickly my muscles recover having used a protein drink post run (I know, I'm so late to the party). With a half marathon in 2 weeks and a full Marathon in April, I've stocked up and gone for the Strawberry flavour!
