What does Breakfast Smoothie taste like?
Our Breakfast Smoothie is available in three of our favourite fruity flavour combinations — Blueberry and Apple, Mango and Passionfruit and Strawberry and Banana. And, if that wasn’t sweet enough, they’re made with real fruits, to pack a tasty punch.
1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
2. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet.
3. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
4. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

So tasty and filling
I really find this smoothie very filling, it’s great for my weight loss, I have it for lunch it keeps me going all day. It’s low calories and has been really effective for me. The blueberry and apple flavour is delicious and doesn’t have that fake sweet taste I find difficult in some protein shakes. I’m sad because it’s out of stock and I really need it back in stock! Goes Well With:I have it with half water and half milk

Would definitely recommend
I was told by a family member about the smoothie and thought no way can this be true, but I brought it and it is absolutely amazing it’s full of flavour and keeps me full until lunch time, I make mine with water and it mixes lovely and thick it’s easy to make and delicious. I would recommend this over and over again .

This is a great product as it fills you up in the morning and you are able to get all the nutrients that you need fills u up nicely and makes you feel good after it Goes Well With:Milk and some berries

Great Smoothie!
Bought the Strawberry & Banana Smoothie and it's so delicious! Works really well with both water and milk, however I would say the Milk makes it taste better (more ice-cream smoothie like), but absolutely no complaints with just water if you're looking for less calories! It doesn't fill me up completely until lunchtime, however it does curve that hunger I have in the early morning to get me through my commute to work.Goes Well With:Milk or Water

Keeps you going until lunch
Tend to drink this on a morning along with 3 scrambled eggs for extra protein and I’m not hungry until lunch time. It’s a bit grainy but not unbearable and is quite easy to drink. Good flavour and mixes well in the my protein shaker

My Go to Breakfast
I enjoy this smoothie every morning for my breakfast, I especially like the strawberry and banana one. I blend it up with water and frozen fruit and it keeps me full until lunch and gives me the pre workout protein hit I need before my morning workout. If your measuring with the scoop provided just be aware that the 2 scoops is more than 40g, as I’m calorie counting I just weigh it out on my scales so no big issue. Goes Well With:Water and frozen fruits
