Always sceptical and having a high tolerance to supplements this was my last ditch attempt to try something legal that would increase my endurance performance. Instantly from taking I would get the quirky tingly feeling on the skin, so I knew something was happening, then after 4 weeks of loading, BANG!!! I found myself being able to push and go deeper on the bike.  Friends even noticed my increase in cycling performance and the ability go full gas on the bike for longer.  Great product and one I’ll continue to take for as long as I ride a bike. *****

My coworker is a nutritionist and so I asked him for recommendations for supplements as I'm usually a bit hesitant. He recommended beta alanine for performance which was perfect because I workout up to twice a week and train martial arts 2-3 times and my energy levels aren't where I'd like them to be. Started taking these and I noticed that my endurance has definitely increased and I can give that extra push. The tingly feeling was intense when I first experienced it but with frequent use, it doesn't happen for long and you don't feel it as much

Its a good product definitely. Less than 20 mins after taking I can begin to feel the tingles. 90 tabs lasted me about 6 weeks which is a good cycle time. The only bad thing is that it can be hard to swallow. I've never struggled talking pills but these are large and grip your throat. Not great. But manageable

I purchased these recently and wished I had gone for the powedered version as opposed to the tablets, these tablets are impossible to swallow and despite trying to break them into smaller pieces I have often ended up choking on the tablets due to their odd shape. These are a bit like what the Alpha-Men tablets used to be like a couple of years ago before they were reduced in size. For anyone that does decide to purchase these please be careful when swallowing.

As I've just started back in the gym, I was a little bit skeptical of trying supplementation as I've never taken it this seriously before. I read up on Beta Alanine and it's true about all the tingly sensations, and also, I found that I got a little bit sweatier when taking it? Needless to say, this makes you feel unstoppable in the gym, pushing yourself further and digging deeper. Since my first purchase, I've bought this product 2 more times, and will continue to do so. One side note is that after a while of taking Beta Alanine (4 tablets a day, 5 days a week, for 3 weeks), the effectiveness becomes less and less prominent, would recommend the occasional week off it every now and again. Other than that, great product, will keeping buying from MyProtein!

Ive had these before and all was fine, but this last batch I had was really chalky. Hard to swallow and started to fall about in my mouth before I could get them down. I think the tablets could be a better shape really.

Since taking these as well as creatine mono i can get more out of my weight training, however, the size of them is definitely an issue as they are very big, other than that i find the effectiveness very good

I have been taking this product for about three weeks after reading many reviews and benefits of Beta - Alanine. My workout perfomance has definetly stepped up and making progress. I train in boxing and HIIT total body workouts. You do get a flushing effect which can help whilst working out. In general I feel stronger and feel I am getting more out of each workout. Thank you for a fantastic product MyProtein.
