A better option than your regular energy drinks. Taste is lovely, like the range of flavours on offer.

Perfect size for pre-workout, good flavour, not too sweet. Other flavours aren't so good. Goes Well With: I don't mix it.

Good energy booster and the taste is very addictive

I used to always drink Red Bull, Monster, Lucozade, you name it and I wanted a slightly healthier version and I came across this Impact BCAA Energy Drinks. When on discount is equals out to just less than 90p a can and for something that has no sugar, has enough essential vitamins I can really tell the difference between my feeling good energy levels between this and other brands such as Red Bull. This is now my go to drink in future. In terms of mixing I haven't really mixed it with anything other than ice which it's really refreshing on a hot day.

I like this, it tastes nice is effective and it's cheaper then the other brands. Drunk 30 mins before a workout provides the caffeine hit needed. Would recommend.
