1. Caffeine contributes to an increase in endurance performance and capacity. Caffeine helps to improve concentration and increase alertness.
- Mix the sachet (20g) with 300ml of water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. Consume once daily.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of young children.
