I can't live without this supplement, I just feel 100% better when I'm taking them. Easy to swallow and no nasty after tastes. 10/10

I've been using these for years, recently I swapped to a different brand to attempt to save some costs, and honestly...they just weren't as good, and although close enough in values they just weren't as affective (the other brand didn't quite have the same amount of vit b12 so had to additionally supplement it at extra cost) I just felt not as good daily  I could have called it a placebo, but I bought 240 of the other brand, and after being on these for years I noticed the decline in my daily feels overall I haven't found any other 1 serving a day multivitamin that works as well as this for the price a few days in now after having a new bottle and feeling back to how I expected Goes Well With: magnesium at night, iron if you are deficient and in winter some extra vit d

All the vitamins you need in one!

Good to for extra vitamins, do not substitute them for foods

As I take other vitamins not sure of any benefits to myself
