Decided to give this a go as its fairly cheap for 3 months supply, and jesus is it good, its nothing at all like a normal sleeping tablet, you just drift off naturally, go into a really deep sleep, and wake up normally feeling so refreshed. I can wake up in a morning and just get straight out of bed, awake and ready, instead of putting my alarm on snooze for ages cos im too sleepy to get up. I have NEVER slept as well as i do when ive had one of these, they have been an amazing help and i cant praise them highly enough.
