This is a simple solution to additional carb for energy during a workout and getting sufficient sugars to the muscle. It's inexpensive and effective. Only thing is the packaging does not seal well, so once it's opened, you have to find another way of sealing it.

Great product. Does as it says. Saviour when on prep and food is low. Such a large deficit in the final weeks running to compete so this real did help and gave an extra push for those workouts! Will keep this up as part of my workout drink forever now! 

Good product as usual, however I am not happy with the new packaging , I found one of the two items being open.

i use this to add to my pre, or for my morning protein and this shake, keeps you full easy to manage macros

love it, but it is a bit hard to mix it with the liquids because it will not fully dissolve.
