Very good source of sugary carbs, can be mixed very well with basically any liquid. I usually mix with pre workout and it gives me a massive energy and performance boost. Would definitely recommend.

1st time ordering from here, can't lie, i always used bulk before. This was a bargain though, yes it was black friday priced but still. Very happy with the purchase.
