I was a little bit skeptical about this product and was not sure if it was worth it compared to just using sugar. But I'm happy I've tried this product. I get sustained energy during long workouts. No head rush, just energy to lift. The flavor it's not too sweet or anything but it needs to be well diluted. Goes Well With: EAA's for the flavour.

Ive been training for 10 years now and i know my body well. I use high intensity training upper/lower split. I notice a considerable difference with my energy levels when i consume this during my workout.
