It helped me lift more
I have been working out for 12 months consistently. Along with lifting weights I have been hitting my macros and calorie goals on a daily basis as well. My goal was to reduce body fat and increase muscle. The main reason I have decided to take beta alanine was to reduce the soreness in the muscles after a workout(leg day probably the most). After taking the recommended doseage daily (as on the packaging) I have noticed after 2 weeks improvement in the muscle soreness and not only this but also being able to do extra reps sometimes even an extra exercise in my workout routine. Now at 4 weeks with beta alanine I have definitely been able to lift a little more each time and train a little more frequently. The progress was bigger than usual for such timescale. I havent changed anything else in my lifestyle meanwhile or in my nutrition. I understand it may work differently for each person but for me it definitely helped with progressive overload and I can tell also by seeing my body improvements along the lifted weight recorded Goes Well With: It has no flavour. Very little amount for a single dosage. I personally add it to a protein shake.
Have been using this for around 4 weeks and am beginning to feel a difference. The first few times I took it caused an uncomfortable tingling sensation in my skin, so perhaps it’s worth taking very small amounts to start.
