Really does the job ahah! Works as a fibre source but it’s not a laxative, very clear distinction. It helps you feel very healthy. It mixes well with oats, you can barely taste anything. However it does take a bit extra to mix it.

I bought this simply because I have the usual woman issue of constipation, and decided that getting more fibre into me was definitely more beneficial than relying on laxatives (or not as the case). I agree with all the other reviews, it doesn’t mix well with water at all. I’ve added it to porridge and was fine but I tend not to eat porridge too much as it unbalances my macros. However if been adding a teaspoon to the first couple of coffees in the morning and it’s fine. A bit ‘gritty’ but I pretend it’s gourmet sh*t all Pulp Fiction style and I know I’ll get used to it.  So does it work? 100%. I can’t believe how less bloated I am let alone the fact I now have a daily (if not twice daily) movement. That little lady belly is disappearing and I’m even seeing some definition return despite not having a good week tracking wise.  Best money spent this month. I feel liberated #pootastic!!

Coffee Porridge 

Tried mixing this into a protein shake (I mix my protein with water not milk) and this was an epic failure, it was very grainy and made the shake taste funky so I now resort to taking like someone else suggested, teaspoon straight into mouth, struggle to swallow with some water then repeat. I haven't tried with a smoothie but can see this working maybe? I also put some if I am making a batch of protein bars with nuts,oats, protein powder etc and this goes un noticed.

I was buying MyProtein's fibre product but they recently stopped producing it. So I had to default to this, its a real let down compared to their previous product which was excellent compared to this. It does not mix and sits as a 'sawdust' like powder in your drink, and don't try and have it with water alone, The only way I can get it down is in my protein shake and it still ruins it. Whilst I like the other products MyProtein offer, this is a no go for me.

Really effective ay to increase your daily fiber intake. If you mix it with water then it settles at the bottom really fast. So I'd suggst it to mix it with some porridge, yogurt or smoothie. I usually go the easy way and just take a spoonful and mix it with water in my mouth. The taste is sour and fruity so it would go great with yogurt.

This product seems to be working as I hoped, mixes well in smoothies and does not detract from the taste of the smoothie. Worth buying if you feel you need extra fibre.

Easiest way to take this cheeky little number... Teaspoon of dry powder straight to the mouth (hold your breath as you'll inhale some of the fine powder and it will make you cough) then just chase it with a nice big mouth full of water and swish in your mouth for several seconds until it starts to thicken and swallow. I follow it up with another spoon full or 2 depending on how I feel and down a big glass of water! Tastes faintly of apple. Sooooo simple!

So I have been buying this product from a different company for the last 18 months or so and literally love it. If you have a high protein diet, low carb diet then you need to incorporate this. During my first visit to My Protein I found their version of Apple Fibre and at a complete fraction of the price I was paying before hand, (I wont say how much I paid before as it is slightly embrassing). Because of such a big difference in price I was excited to see if there was going to be a different in quality and effectiveness. I placed the two products side by side and well they are excatly the same! Same taste, texture, mix, everything about this product is the same as my last one but so much cheaper. The apple fibre is effective in making you hit your daily fibre intake which in return also helps you go to the toilet a lot easier. I have this product every day and mix with my morning porridge, shakes, pancakes or just in a glass of water. There is the slighest apple hint to the product but I didnt really notice it and it doesnt ruin the flavour of anything you put it with. What I love about this product most is, if you ladies are trying to tone your stomach this will help reduce the size of your bottom abs, ( I call it my baby pouch) as it cleans you out and reduces swelling and bloatedness. Just make sure you drink plenty of water during the day whilst using this product to see its full effectiveness.

It's not so good with water but in smoothie you don't even taste it. I like it that way or if it's with water than it has to be at least 1,5l bottle and then it's ok.

I used to buy fiber from other guys and this is the first time I order from myprotein for this item. I put two scoops into my whey shake and drink after my workout. It really made me feel better for the toilet next morning.
