Couldn’t find scope. And ended up using a protein shake scoop. Ended up in hospital. Smells horrible, probably Worth it pease don’t sell it in huge pouches, small piches for a month be enough

Daily mixed in pre workout drink

I mix with little. Orange and mango squash, but I dilute want to with my. Usual drink of ACV and pink hymalian salt with water.. Also with acetyl l carnitine. Methyl sulfonyl methane powder and maca powder.. Tastes like pineapple juice by the end.. On its own its brutal tho. But so far seing great benefit

ALA - works well but the aftertaste / heartburn afterwards is bad (not a problem anymore though!!!)

The supplement seems to work really well and have noticed an energy boost. A lot of people have mentioned the taste - something I normally don't pay any attention to, but in this case it is a factor, well, not so much the taste rather the aftertaste, as it is so acidic that it feels like / gives you heartburn for up to an hour afterwards - don't even lick the dust off your finger after using the scoop! I have overcome this problem though by making my own capsules up, I don't do this for the other supplements that I use (AAKG, D-Aspartic Acid and Acetyl L-Carnitine), as whilst the taste of those is not nice it does not leave you with heartburn. So my advice is if you are going to try this supplement make sure you buy some empty capsules and make your own up.

serving size?

What is actually a suggested use per serving and/or daily use? In the red miniscoop (around 1/14 teaspoon)? It may be read in the original powder bag, but I move it to my container and i don't remember how it says in the original powder bag. In the website, it it confusing. They say the suggested use is 100mg, but they also suggest to consume 1g after workout. Does anybody know exactly how much (how many miniscoops) may I consume per serving and per day? Thanks in advance.

Every day I take it according to the provided information on my protein website after my hard work and exercises Without it I was feeling to much pain in my body muscles but now I feel little havy and tierd body muscles No pain

Alpha lipoic acid powder

Excellent value for money and very cost-effective. As for accurate weighing of doses I have found it easier to weigh out the powder on an electric scale and to use size "O" capsules in a filler tray of 50 capsules to obtain a consistent dose. Therefore 5 gms would give approx 100 mgs ALA per capsule, 10 gms would give 200 mgs etc. I particularly like to add the ALA to Milk thistle seed and Ginkgo leaf powders to give an additional therapeutic effect to memory/ brain circulation and liver function. I am a practicing professional Medical herbalist and also a power lifter and weight lifting coach so the quality of my diet and supplements are of vital importance to me and also my patients and those athletes I coach. MYPROTEIN products fit the bill! Highly recommended

The taste is really unpleasant, I've since switched to caps (4 per day), at first the burning sensation is still present but seemed to disappear after a few days use, proof of how effective these bad boys are can b seen in ur turds, HOLY MOLEY !!!

It's a burner

Just started taking after a decent review in Mens Health on Detox. Not commenting on effectiveness. However, it's a nasty swallow. Eating a Jalapeno pepper is the same feeling, it's just that you're not ready for a chilli in the morning with your coffee. The longer the drink the worse the experience, it cuts through everything. I would recommend 100mg in about 2 inches of waters (as if you are taking an Alka Seltzer). Stir in for a few seconds but it never totally dissolves. Then slam back it back like a shot and then chug a protein shake. I have the Total Breakfast every day so a few gulps of than calms the burning gullet down. It's a grim aftertaste and will ruin any drink you put it in. As an aside (after a previous comment) given Cranberry juice is an excellent alkali (hence women use for thrush) I am not sure if you should be mixing this acid with it if the end result is that it is neutralised. Not a scientist but I know the difference between acids and alkilis. Would be interested in an answer though. In short, treat it like an Alka Selzar shot and chug a shake down straight after. It's the only way.
