These Fat Gripz have taken my training to a whole new level and are helping to activate all the muscle groups I struggled to make mind muscle connection with. Loving the pump these things give. Highly recommended to all, novices and pros.

I was sceptical of using these at first, I couldn't comprehend how they would manage to make such a difference. On taking these into the gym my first time and using them on a standard barbell. You immediately get a tensioned feeling in your full bicep and even into your forearm whilst repping. For these to be effective I have realised I don't even have to increase my standard barbell curl weight. The extra thickness in grip is a real builder for your entire arm. The biggest difference I have noticed since using them is the growth in my forearms, I believe this is entirely down to the FatGripz...
