I read the reviews before buying and for the price, I thought I’d give it a go! My hamstrings and shoulders are always tight, but after one use rolling about with it, I genuinely couldn’t believe how well it loosened me up. Much easier to use than a foam roller or an individual ball and you can really target areas. Brilliant. 

This is so much more effective than a foam roller. Really good after an intense workout - I'm using it all the time.

I prefer to get a sports massage every few months but decided to buy this to supplement that regime. I'm glad I did. Easy to use (though having a specific guide, or guidelines, could be useful), handy for working out little kinks and niggles before they become problems and a nice way to unwind at the end of the day. Recommended!

Wow - having had issues with my quads, hamstrings and calves for years. I have had to go for sports therapy for quite sometime. The Recovery Stick just arrived and thought strike while the irons hot.
