I was shocked when using this the inside fell apart and it became useless, not a good product

Very useful bit of kit. It is solid enough to take the weight of a fully grown man with plenty to spare, the textured surface works very well massaging sore muscles. Goes Well With: Sore muscles.

Tastes great and mixes even better. However, after having used the foam roller for a week it is already showing serious signs of wear. Also got it at a 25% discount so that's a plus. Not sure I'd buy it for full price.
