I got muscle roller on Black Friday sale & it is so good..

A bit too hard for my back, was looking for something softer. Sent it back and My protein have refunded quickly with no issues.

This roller is quite painful to use due to the hard ridges on it, as I built my back muscles it got easier but for the first few weeks it was painful to use. Just don’t use rollers on your lower back and neck

I use muscle rollers quite frequently and the inside always cracks, leaving the roller useless so I have had to purchase new one regularly.
