Felt this was good for training forearms/grip strength. However, it made an annoying clicking sound most of the time and didn’t last long before breaking.

Good quality but wish there was option for higher load.

works well, with a nice grip shape and the adjustable resistance is helpful. only criticism is that is produces plastic shaving at the hinges and the resisting spring sometimes slips and clicks upon full extension

Very poor product ! I used it for a week and an important connection broke. Will not buy again
