Figure 8 Lifting Straps are a great training accessory to help improve your lifting technique and reduce grip fatigue. They’re designed to loop over the lifting bar while your wrist is secured through both hoops.

Place wrist through one of the loops and pass the second loop underneath the bar. Feed your wrist through the second loop, securing the bar in place. Grip the bar and the strap securely before performing your lift.
