Using this in place of traditional energy drinks, found that its better than most cans on the market, definitely helps with general energy in between meals and has helped with concentration at times. Doesn't always mix great, but powder format is useful for dosing as required. If I was going to change anything about the formula, I would just add acetyl-l-carnitine, but you can always buy that separate if you want to make your own blend. Goes Well With: Acetyl-l-carnitine
