Very low dose, need to take a lot of tablets for any effect, be easier to just have a banana

I take potassium supplements due to being asthmatic as my inhalers lower my potassium levels,and have tried others from other supplies but these are the best and definitely work as I have blood tests to prove it

Far more convenient than the coconut water, pomegranate juice and bananas I was having to have to top up my potassium to help with workout recovery!  Goes Well With: Tabs so not relavent
