I'm am very much in shock. It's day 2 of using these, and when I say I've struggled with stomach issues since a child, I don't say it lightly. My life has always been about stomach aches and pains, bloat from my first meal, tight, waistbands, just generally meaning I have felt sick everyday of my life. Even the doctors have said they can't find out the reason, other than a few food sensitivities. I just live with it. As I said, day 2, no stomach ache, no pain, no bloat, no uncomfort. I'm truly shocked. I kept checking in the full length mirror to see if my stomach was still flat 😆 This has worked for me!

These taste okay and are easy to swallow, but unsure on how effective they are

These are great I tend to take with either lunch or dinner, best with your bigger meal of the day, but I’m so much less bloated and I find my stomach gets bothered a lot less thank before by richer and Carbier foods
