Regulary I am medium size but now they are bit too small...I would recommend size up!

I agree with previous reviews. The band on these shorts is TIGHT. I normally wear a medium and sized up to a large. The large fits but I honestly could have gone up to an XL for a more comfortable fit. 

I love this style of short for running and these are comfortable and flattering. I am a size 8 and would normally buy a size small, however I sized up to a medium based on other reviews. Big mistake as the medium is just too big on the waist, so I will be returning them for a size small. I think size up if you're in between sizes, otherwise stick to your usual size.

These are really comfy shorts and true to size. 

Sadly I had to return theses they were very tight and to short fir my liking
