Personally I think that the tablets are a must. These tablets have completely upped my game at the gym. They have massively helped with recovery and have greatly improved my ability to fall asleep and to stay asleep helping me achieve a healthy, rested nights sleep which is something I struggled with before. I have only been taking these for a couple of weeks and I feel all the better for it. They are a must but from MyProtein. Goes Well With: I take these with water and I typically take them on an evening a couple hours before I go to sleep to maximise its effects.
