I have no words to give it justice be honest
I've been a gym goer and bodybuilder for 35years and in that time I've tried so many different proteins, to many to even remember but I felt none really delivered what they claimed. For the first time this year I've stated to use TOTAL PROTEIN from My Protein and to my surprise and pleasure, for the first time I felt it actaully delieved what is claimed. It's a realy, realy good all round complete protein which gives me everything I need in helping me not only maintain my muscle size but I truly believe it's helping me build on what I've got. I use it as a breakfats shake with added fruit and Peanut butter mixed in. During the day to supliment my protein intake, post training as the blended protein gets to the areas quicky and give me what I need post training and, before bed again with the blended proteins gives me a time release throughout the night. I choose Vanilla, really nice taste and mixes beutifully. I have't tried the other flavours but would love a banana flavour option. But all in all a great protein that actaully works. Goes Well With:Fruit and peanut butter or on it's own is just as good.

If you're looking for maximum mixability, maybe go flavourless, as i found making a mushroom soup with vanilla powder isn't ideal. All in all, if you need protein, this has the best ratio's ingredients wise, really top stuff. I will mention however, i have never fart3d more in my entire life. It has to be this stuff, can't think what else i've been eating. Genuinely something to think about.Goes Well With:Milk and literally anything you can stomach
