Within days of using these I was free from break outs of night sweats. I’ve tried about 3 or 4 other supplements from the pharmacy with no success. Simply put, I’d recommend these supplements to anyone who needs a good nights sleep in peri-menopause.  Goes Well With: I usually just take with water, no after taste
