I am not sure how to precisely measure effectiveness of any supplement products, other than getting medically measured them in the body before and after taking them. I can say however that all the supplements I take make me perform and feel very good. This product seems to have contribution into my well being. The taste is horrible, impossible to swallow on its own, but I love it because it does not contain any unnecessary artificial and unhealthy ingredients. Goes Well With: Juice

I usually drink fish oil straight, but the flavour of this is almost acrid. Really quite terrible flavour. Am currently looking for things to mix it with to hide the flavour (which is a little worrying, to be honest).

I've been using it daily for just over a year. I really like the taste - slightly nutty and not unpleasant. Mixed well with most things but I just drink it neat. Goes Well With: Protein shakes or in porridge but I just swig from the bottle!

Animal friendly omega 3 oil, without the heavy metals and other nasty stuff the fish oil has. I do miss a version that's solely omega 3, since I get plenty of omega 6 and 9 in my diet, and just writing "2500ml omega 3 pr. serving" is quite vague, because what's the ratio of DHA and EPA. I'd also wish that the cap had some way of measure the amount you pour up. I usually take a table spoon of the oil, but I don't know exactly how much I get. It's just so obvious to add a few millilitre bars to the cap, so why not do so? :)
