I was very dubious about this product but taking this alongside my other vitamins has been great! I can see a difference in my skin and also it’s a great anti-oxidant! Would recommend as part of your daily vitamin intake! 

Taking multivitamins with omega 3 for years but after 1-2 weeks it feels like the missing link, joints seems more robust. This is the premium oil to cod oil! Why put cheap oil in your body when you can use premium to really lubricant your joints! This is the best ever oil! I am never going to stop buying them. Goes Well With: Water
