Product Overview

What is Hydrolysed Whey?

Hydrolysed Whey Protein is a whey protein that has had some of its amino acid peptide bonds broken enzymatically into shorter chains of aminos. The Hydrolysed Whey Protein is produced by a controlled enzyme treatment of whey protein which is mild and is carefully monitored, leaving the essential amino acids intact and retaining the high quality of protein.

Hydrolysed Whey Benefits

This has a high protein content per serving (25.5g) which contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. Due to the protein being pre-digested it will have a slight bitter taste.

No need to think twice, take a step forward and book your order using this unique referral code above for amazing discounts and offers.Whey protein is produced during the process that sees milk turned into cheese. It is also found naturally in dairy products, eggs, soy and vegetable proteins but none of these compares in quality to whey protein powder. It also scores highly in providing the branched chain amino acids that are important in the building and retention of muscle.Whey protein is highly favored by bodybuilders because it provides the necessary building blocks to produce the amino acids that the body uses to build lean muscle tissue. Many studies have shown that whey protein contains the perfect combination of amino acids, in just the right concentration for optimal performance in the body. It is also thought that whey protein has a role as an anti-oxidant and immune system builder. It is best taken in powder form mixed in juice or milk, spread throughout the day to maintain a positive nitrogen balance. Serious bodybuilders often consume up to one hundred fifty grams each day but as a rule of thumb, daily protein intake for active trainers can be calculated by taking your weight in pounds and multiplying by one or two. But remember, you need to work out how much protein is taken from food and other sources, and then spread the remaining whey protein balance over the day.Whey protein is a relatively safe supplement but no more than thirty grams of protein should be taken at one sitting as excessive single doses could overload the liver. The safety of whey protein has been well documented in many scientific studies and there is clear proof that taken consistently, coupled with regular exercise, it will result in meaningful muscle gain.

Supplements with unbelievable benefits and festive discounts which no other companies will provide.Vegetarian sources of proteins include legumes, nuts, seeds and fruits. Legumes, some of which are called pulses in certain parts of the world, have higher concentrations of amino acids and are more complete sources of protein than whole grains and cereals. Examples of vegetarian foods with protein concentrations greater than seven percent include soybeans, lentils, kidney beans, white beans, mung beans, chickpeas, cowpeas, lima beans, pigeon peas, lupines, wing beans, almonds, Brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, walnuts, cotton seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds. I'm the authorise sponsor of my protein. You can checkout on my insta - kartin_shok. Using my referral code will give you amazing discount.Myprotein is undoubtedly the best brand available these days in terms of quality and value for money. Dont be fooled by fake users copying fake images of stamps at the end of their reviews and claiming to be authorised reviewers. there is no such thing as authorised reviewers. they have just copied and posted the same reviews again and again and again, desperateiy wanting to earn referral credits. Myprotein supplements are good after a workout is one of the best time to get protein into the body so that the protein can be delivered to your muscles, to begin healing the micro tears i.e very small tears in the muscle tissue, caused by intense contraction of the muscle during workout in the muscle.Because solid food takes more time to digest and to break down the protein and send it to the muscles, it can be best to take a protein shake immediately following a workout, since protein shakes only take about thirty minutes to reach the muscle after ingestion.we can see the advantage to taking a protein.Whey protein has become a favorite supplement for those seeking to put on muscle and enhance their physiques as well as improve their health. In order to decipher which protein is best for a particular need, typically one would use a specific gauge of some sort to determine which protein to use. I found no side effects after using it for a long time now. and hey dont forget to use my referral code for genuine discounts. Thank you already for using my code buddy. You're amazing. :)

Good to fuel up our ambition with my protein supplements. ..Proteins are the main building blocks of the human body. They're used to make various important things, both large and small. This includes tendons, organs and skin... as well as hormones, enzymes, neurotransmitters and all sorts of tiny molecules.Proteins are also the building blocks of the contractile elements in muscle.Proteins are assembled from amino acids, smaller molecules that are linked together like beads on a string. Some amino acids are produced by the body's cells, while others must be gotten from foods. The ones that we must get from foods are termed "essential" amino acids. Proteins that supply all the essential amino acids are the best... and whey protein is loaded with them.It is particularly high in important Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) like Leucine, and also contains a large amount of Cysteine. Studies show that Leucine is the most anabolic (growth promoting) amino acid, and Cysteine can help boost levels of the cellular antioxidant Glutathione. Whey protein appears to be particularly effective at stimulating growth in humans. Human breast milk is actually 60% whey, compared to 20% in cow's milk.

MyProtein supplements are good for our overall health. Daily intake of protein help in reducing fat from our body. Today we will discuss about benefits of protein in our body.Protein is in the spotlight these days, with articles touting diets high in protein and advertisements for protein powders in the media. Protein is, of course, an important building block in the body, but it is not the only building block. And furthermore, protein is made up of a variety of substances, with the result that not all protein sources are equal in value. Here are some of the facts about proteins Protein is essential to a healthy heart and a healthy body; animal sources of protein including eggs are better for you nutritionally since they contain all of the essential amino acids; as with most nutrients and vitamins, both too much and too little protein have detrimental effects on the body; and, protein cannot be stocked up like fat but must be eaten daily. Protein is the basic nutrient and plays an essential role in carrying cholesterol and preventing heart disease. The human body in its complexity needs dozens of nutritive substances. The one that stands before all others is protein, or proteins, since there is not one but hundreds of kinds of protein. Here’s what protein contributes We are literally made of protein from our bones to our muscles, arteries and veins, skin, hair, and fingernails. Our heart, brain, liver, kidneys, and lungs are built of tissue made of proteins.Proteins help carry the oxygen that reddens our blood. In the form of enzymes, proteins digest our food, synthesize essential substances, and break down waste products for elimination. When fat and carbohydrates are insufficient, proteins produce the energy we need for life.Proteins in combination with a substance called sterols form hormones, which regulate the delicate chemical changes that constantly take place within the body. The chromosomes, which pass on our characteristics to our children, include protein in their structure.Protein is needed to carry fat and cholesterol throughout the body.

Struggled with a number of whey products, including a few on My Protein. This is the first product that hasn't had any 'side-effects', so its worth any extra money. Added some flavour drops to give it some flavour; otherwise it pretty much taste of whatever you mix it with (milk or water). I use the Stevia Flavour drops - they don't have sucralose, so perfrect for this purpose. well done my protein - good all round couple of products

I have been using this protein for 2 months now and am happy with it. I use flavdrops with it ( 4 drops are enough) but even without it taste is ok. Mixes well with water. I can't say that it is solely responsible for my improvement as I use various other products but would like to believe it does what MyProtein say it does. Most important is that my stomach takes it ok as a few other myprotein proteims gave me issues.

Mixes very well with just a small amount of water, the taste is quite pleasant for none flavoured hydro whey and can be supped unlike hydro from BBWarehouse which tastes like sick and has to be downed in one, I wish there was flavours available even if they are just a few simple ones like chocolate, strawberry and banana although. great post workout shake as your leaving the gym.

Find it helps with recovery if taken right after a workout then followed with highly branched cyclic dextrin 30mins after that
