Started taking these tablets due to some hormonal disruptions within my body. Firstly the tablets come in a gel  like form. It is recommended that you take two per day. I noticed a difference after a week. My periods which are very irregular came  after a week and I did not have the usual symptoms of pain, fatigue or moodiness. My skin is also clearing up slightly, what I would need to take a month’s course to see what changes come after. Would deafly highly recommend and the price is very affordable.

Decided to give these a go after numerous trips to the doctors regarding issues with my periods, imbalance of hormones etc but always being told everything was ok and I was never given anything to help.
