It’s not a thick consistency but it’s a pretty good jam substitute despite what others are saying. It’s obviously going to be a personal preference on whether you like it or not, but I’ve put it on yoghurt and also on an English muffin and it was great both times.  Each to their own but I think it’s great.

I expected this to be a little looser than regular spreads with more sugar/pectin content, but this never gels - useful for adding into oats and anything where you’re mixing in, but it’s not a spread Goes Well With: Things in bowls

Thought this would be a really good substitute for jam however the texture is a lot different. Still edible and does the trick for adding a little sweetness but no comparison to jam spread.  Goes Well With: Pancake. Rice cake. Yogurt.
