Tablets are the size of the wnd of your finger. A mouthful of water does the trick
These tablets are almost unusable, you have to cut them up very small (creating horrid jagged edges) or grind them up and use them as powder. They are wayyyy to big, much bigger than other tablets sold (such as the BCAA Plus which are a much more manageable size). Far too big to be useful, do yourself a favour and buy the powder or buy tablets elsewhere!Goes Well With:A gigantic throat
Almost impossible to swallow, tablets too big. Would advice crushing them into powder or buying the powder in the first place.Goes Well With:Protein shake.
I bought these as I thought it would be quicker and easier to just take a tablet rather than mixing the powder in water. I was mistaken! They are just too big to swallow and it only contains 1g of creatine in... therefore, you’d have to take 5 to get the recommended amount. Also, when I say too big. They are huge! Stick to the powder, much more suitable. Goes Well With:A huge esophagus!
Tablets are just way too big, never experienced this with any other products/brands. Tried them 3 separate times & got stuck in my throat. Definitely would not recommend. Could easily choke on them, better creatine products out there.
Although the product is effective. The size of the tablets make them very difficult to swallow
After taking creatine for about a week I immediately notice my strength increase by taking 5-10g per day. This has helped me get stronger as well as build more muscle
I have taken these for while now, I usually take them before I go weight training along with beta alanine, and I find they give me lots of energy. Like the other reviews, they are rather large to swallow, so I find them easier to swallow with a cup of coffee or protein shake. Other than the size, would definitely recommend them. Just make sure you drink plenty of water.Goes Well With:Water, coffee, protein shakes
They do what they say on the tin. No taste & difficult to swallow but definitely increase strength
The tablets are huge. You need to take 5 for one dose, so it's hard work. They are hard to swallow so I have given up and gone for powder
Yes these are super huge I initially started swallowing them but it was just too much. Then I crushed them with a pestle and mortar before adding to my protein shake which i mix in the nutri bullet. Now I just put them in whole they mix fine however I don't feel the effectiveness of these over the powder formulation I felt something taking it in that form but that's just me. After this bottle is done I'm going back to powder.Goes Well With:Protein powder, fruit, water, nutri bullet.
Taking it about a month now and can see good results, able to deffo lift more and have hit a good few PB's lately . Hard to swallow as tablets are big but getting use to them now. Recommended.Goes Well With:Water
I bought these to start my loading phase, (regrettably, each pill is 1g of creatine, meaning 20 of these a day!!) and i can definitely say ive felt an improvement. Not so much strength but muscle endurance. When doing circuits and things similar i seen a huge inprovement. Goes Well With:Water/juice
Creatine is clinically proven to work, but save your money and buy Monohydrate as all the other formulations have not shown any superiority, despite marketing claims. Goes Well With:water or beetroot juice....
Good product: cheap, better than powder. However tablets are huge and can't be swallowed whole.
I definitely find these help with recovery, i don' ache as much now after a hard weight training sesh, only downside is the size of them, they are quite bigGoes Well With:Water, beta alanine
Tablet form really helps as the powder is a little to difficult to stomach for me. Start to feel the benefit after 5 - 7 days of taking the recommended dosage. Brilliant Goes Well With:I always couple my supplements with Myprotein whey protein white chocolate flavour, but there are various nice flavours!
Hi All Effective yes... practical NO they are too big and I don't have a problem with tabs normally and 10 a day Is too many, just not practical IMO. I have switched to REFLEX caps.
Hi Guys , This my first time to review something for MP . But what can i say about these amazing tablets. My first impression was ouch they are to big to swallow especially 5 a day !!, But they do go down very well, Just take your time and one at a time !! I take mine when i take my Protein shake before i head to the gym. I always deemed myself as not a heavy lifter, but since taking for about 4 weeks I have easily added 7 to 15k on my lifts and arm work and chest work . Results are very impressive. I seem to have more energy I am loving it. At the gym and I am not afraid to lift heavier anymore, in fact I am finding it so much easier to do it. Hope the results get better and better Mike Rocky SparksGoes Well With:Protein Shake
After reading up on Creatine Monohydrate and its effectiveness, I thought I'd try it out as I felt I was at a stage where as hard as I trained I was really struggling to make any progress. Little did I know I had been missing out on these bad boys. Although I'd read mainly positive reviews on this product, I was still sceptical at first, so opted to skip the loading phase and stick to just 5 tablets a day (spread evenly over the day for the first week). Wow. I noticed the difference in my first training sesh with the creatine in my system. I lifted more, I performed more reps...The energy was overwhelming! I've been using this product for three weeks now, having one tablet at lunch, 2 before my evening workout and then two after, and the results are showing already. I've added an inch and a bit onto my arms and my quads. Another benefit in the negatives of this product is that I'm drinking way more water as this product makes you THIRSTY! But as a result, my skin is clear, the bags under my eyes have cleared up big time, and I'm generally just feeling so much better about myself. I'd highly recommend this product for those who are struggling to reach that next level of gains, or are eager to hit a PB of some kind. My only criticism, and it is my only one, is that the tablets are rather on the big side. However I just snap them in half and its a bit easier to swallow.Goes Well With:LOTS OF WATER!!
