1. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

Didn’t realise these would not make a creamy porridge so will just have to blitz them down as I do not enjoy the crunchy taste otherwise fab macros!

Don't make creamy porridge

I have tried these rolled oats and I wish I'd read the other reviews first. Do not purchase this if you want creamy porridge, as you'd expect with instant porridge. These oats are so thick they just sit in the warm milk and aren't mixed in at all. I now have 10kg of oats I have no idea what to do with.

Love

I love these, they are so tasty. I like how they are quite chunky, my only fault is they you can’t buy a slightly small bag because the bag is massive.

Excellent value for money!

These oats are a lot bigger than normal and they do taste different but overall very happy with them as I got such a big bag for so little! Will be buying again.

Nothing bad REALLY, just with the lockdown and it being black Friday sale the delivery timing was slow.  These are jumbo oats and I didn’t know, although they're so good! Mix them with whatever scoop of protein mix you have.
Goes Well With:
Honestly it sounds crazy but cookies and cream goes sooo well with this!
