That’s a similar hit to one-and-a-half cups of coffee.Q: What does caffeine do in pre-workout?A: Caffeine is proven to help improve concentration and increase alertness¹. It also contributes to increased endurance performance and capacity².Q: When should I take pre-workout?A: It’s best taken 30–60 minutes before training, so the ingredients are active when you need them.Q: Can I take this pre-workout in the evening?A: Because it contains caffeine, some people prefer not to take it close to bedtime. Tangy, fruity, and refreshing — it’s not your typical pre-workout taste.¹ Caffeine helps improve concentration and increase alertness.
