I'm an 8 so purchased an S which is an 8-10. The waist is super tight to pull on but boy do they flatter! At 5 3 they are not quarter length but almost reach to my ankles and though I also have a full length pair I prefer this length as there is no excess at the ankle. They keep you warm too so absolutely great as running tights. Nothing jiggles. Bought another pair of these since. I feel they will last a long time too.

Nice leggings. Look really small when you open the pack. Very comfortable but the waist is very snug. I’m a medium and generally a 12 and these fit ok otherwise . However I’ve bought leggings from my protein before and not had an issue with the waist size so I presume it’s the style. 

This is my 2nd pair - I got them for a DL Blaze class.  A lot of leggings irritate at the back where the seam is, but these are seamless, so no annoying seams!
